Skilled Nursing
Our skilled Nurses promotes and restores patients’ health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; promotes patient’s independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand health conditions, medications, and self-care skills; and answering relevant questions. They also supervise assigned team members. Our nurses will provide the necessary medical care that the patients need. Services include, but are not limited to the followings:
